Lead counter sales team KPI design and tracking to drive sales achievement;
Lead sales target allocation and sales simulation by region, by distributor by counter;
Lead sales force execution tracking, make sure sales store visit, promotion execution, off counter execution efficient;
Lead all sales report analysis and digitalize with cooperation with HQ team;
Drive sales system upgrade, including POS/SFA system, Dashboard, and BA App development etc;
Support SD to optimize J-staff management, including HC, Incentive and routine review;
Monitor distributor rebate, return, network optimization;
Support SD to organize counter sales meeting and prepare meeting material;
Coordinate all management team store visit route arrangement and visit book preparation;
Build platform to enhance the communication between HQ and region.
Support TMKT and SOP to complete some key commercial projects, like mini management etc.
At least 8 years business experience in sales operation or trade marketing related, preferably in FMCG field
Excellent analysis and planning skill;
Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English
Demonstrated leadership ability in dynamic, fast-paced environment
