目的：随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题.
Objective: To keep abreast of the quality status of the production process, coordinate communication and cooperation between departments, and solve problems in production in a timely manner.
概述：组织、协调、安排车间各项工作，完成车间工作计划、车间各项工作指标，保障生产安全.
Overview: organize, coordinate and arrange the work of the workshop, complete the workshop work plan, workshop work indicators, to ensure production safety.

任职要求: 1、根据生产计划，对现场人员进行合理调配，保质保量的完成生产任务；
According to the production plan, arrange personnel reasonable to complete the production tasks with quality and quantity.
2、了解并执行公司成本控制目标，对生产物料使用加强控制，保质保量的情况下降低成本；
Understand and implement the company's cost control objectives, strengthen control over the use of production materials,reduce costs while maintaining quality and quantity.
3、持续优化和改善生产工艺，提高人均产值，创造更大价值；
