As an Ops team, you will be responsible to setup the transformation strategy, identifying business improvement opportunities and implementing and tracking those initiatives together with local management team to improve the business performance.
1. Business analysis: conducting bottom-up detailed analysis for underlying business to provide full transparency for the risks and opportunities right after the acquisition.
2. Initiative scoping: identifying improvement ideas with proper implementation Plan.
3. Initiative implementation: driving the implementation together with local team to reach the targeted improvement potentials. Tracking and reporting to ensure transparency. Providing risk analysis and mitigation plan for negative deviations. Building up continuous improvement culture and DNA within the target portfolio company.
4.Strategic setup: conducting an overarching strategy analysis for the portfolio company within Group to seek for potential synergies, Support M&A team to identify add-on acquisitions.
5. Operational DD: support M&A team for operational due diligence work and identifying the improvement potentials to structure the M&A deal case. Leadership: representing company and shareholders in the portfolio companies’ to support and build a strong local team to lead the business for further success.
Profile:
1. 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
2. Master studies in the field of procurement or similar with outstanding results. .
3. Structured and pragmatic approach to solve problems and drive impact combined with an entrepreneurial and team mindset.
4. Proficiency with the MS-Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) .
5. Strong commitment, flexibility and motivation.
6. Fluent English and one other European language Willingness to travel 4 days per week (typ. Mo-Thu).
Tips:
1. Have experience in developing local customers and understand foreign enterprise processes. Background in the automotive industry is a background.
2. At least 6 years of experience in both parties (7-15 years is acceptable), mainly in party A. No restrictions on party A experience (sales, procurement, supply chain, etc.): car factory, tier1, tier2.
3. Have strategic consulting experience, party B background must be from a consulting company.
4. Smart, sharp, strong learning ability, eager to succeed.
5. Bachelor degree or above.
