Support business development and strategic design activities in different markets with the best design thinking in conjunction with internal business/teams and directly with customers;
Lead and nurture design teams, take responsibility for everyone's growth, and motivate them to pursue the best and highest design quality,
Identify, propose, design and build solutions across product design, user experience, interaction, and product and service design domains;
Be a hands-on facilitator and design process expert, able to advise internal teams and external partners on appropriate design and implementation levels across a variety of platforms.
Create or oversee projects, communicate a clear vision, and advocate for the design value of customer focus, brand relevance, and product design innovation.
