To provide monthly P&L analysis (ACT vs. BGT/Forecast) and comments, quarterly cash flow forecast and comments, stock analysis and comments etc, capex investment P&L forecast and commercial brief.
Own the budgeting process on both P&L and Balance Sheet. To coordinate with sales & marketing teams, consolidate numbers for review, and upload / submit HQ packages on time for R1, R2, and Budget.
To understand Jew brands commercial strategy (marketing investment, product launches, local network development etc), to check whether financial data is on track vs. commercial strategy, to advise potential impact and closely communicate with brand commercial team to adjust plans.
To maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics market share, demographic trends, and growth projections.
To keep tracking signed agreements (DOS,Franchisee, Wholesale) and compare to current network to ensure all the local business is covered by valid contracts.
To update Power of Attoney to ensure local business has proper authorization.
To check internal control process, especially for retail operation, to ensure daily routine work is secured.
