? Be responsible for a complete recruitment cycle on retail positions, including sourcing and selection, candidate presentation, interview arrangement, reference check and offer management until the candidate on board successfully.
? Review and improve the recruiting channel efficiency (internal & external) to develop and implement cost effective, results oriented retail recruitment channels, including but not limited to direct sourcing, internal referrals, social networking, headhunter agencies etc...
? Maintain and track recruiting related data and make sure all information is accurate.
? Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, HRBP and candidates. Regular review with HRBP to ensure KPI delivery and presentation.
? Support various recruitment projects as per request, such as process and policy optimization, system optimization, campus recruitment and employer branding event, etc.
