?APC solution promotion GI and SEA, support sales team with marketing activities, such as seminar , or customer day
?Analysis market needs and competitor actions, feedback to application development department, proposal new solutions with business case as initiator and internal customer
?Standardize existing product/solution, and optimize costing
?Continuously improve the internal workflow to be more efficient and market oriented.
?Continuously improve the value visualization to win the competition.
?Build team competence mapping and career ladder, and organize related trainings.
Support business in SEA by providing proper solutions
Candidates must have 5+ years’ experience in an engineering related field, and including 5+ years of proven working experience as proposal engineer
The successful candidate should have experience in understanding and defining customer needs.
Experience in design or manufacturing of special solutions
Experience in product marketing
Experience of working within an international matrix-organization and adapt easily to different culture
Team management experience is a plus
