Key Responsibilities:
1.Utilize SQL to retrieve,manipulate, and analyze data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
2.Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in international markets.
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives for market entry and expansion, informed by robust data analysis.
4.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of international initiatives, using big data analytics to drive insights and adjustments.
5.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management to communicate findings and support strategic decision-making.
6.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners across different regions to ensure insights align with business objectives.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in analysis roles, preferably in an international business context.
3. Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation;
4. Strong understanding of overseas market dynamics, cultural factors, and regulatory issues.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and present actionable insights.
6. Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
8. Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.
