We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented operation manager to join our team. This role combines sales management and bid manager responsibilities. As role of sales management, you will support our sales team in various tasks, helping to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. As role of bid manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure business opportunities and deliver winning proposals.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales management team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document organization.
Support the sales team in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis to track sales performance.
Help manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
