CSE will be expected to support on intelligent factory construction, construct and implement an
appropriate preventive maintenance program, implement machine modification projects linked
with control system.
Key Stakeholder Relationships:
? Peers – production engineer, senior production leader, manufacturing engineer, quality
engineer
? Direct Reports – CSE leader
? Internal customer– whole manufacturing team, quality, Safety, IT
? External – work with contractors and suppliers to meet key objectives
Liaison – with all relevant business partners and stakeholders to understand their current and
future needs and develop plans, cost estimates and schedules for integrating these needs into
existing manufacturing activities

Preventive Maintenance Programs
• Construct and implement an appropriate PM Program that results in minimum
equipment downtime
• Ensures required checks are carried out as and when required by the PM Program
• Continuously refines PM Programs to ensure the program reliability.
Continuous improvement
• To provide electrical and automation support or training on maintenance team
• Is able to accurately analyse the root cause of repeat equipment breakdowns and take
improvement actions
• Makes suggestions for equipment modifications to correct regular faults
• Carries out PLC program modifications
• Provide appropriate technical support on site equipment modifications.
Solve urgent equipment faults
• Responds quickly to urgent requests for assistance from maintenance team.
• Is able to quickly diagnose and correct equipment faults in conjunction with external
support if required.
• Communicates progress with fault correction with line and factory management
Equipment modification
- Actively participate in modification project communication and provide suggestions
- Provide appropriate technical support on site equipment modifications.
- Try to complete implementation on electrical program modification.

- Manage databases for big data analysis and AI implementation.
