? Responsible for the validation of SW systems. The team shall be responsible for the full spectrum of the lifecycle of the test system - from prototyping to deployment at mass production.
? This vendor managed team will work closely with the customer group to define calibration and test procedures, and design high precision instrumentation & systems to be able to perform this efficiently in a factory environment.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Test Station logistics planning.
• Identify Station HW/Instrument/SW changes and risks.
• Technical leadership to triage test station failure issues on project build stage, communicate with technology Customer technical SPOC to resolve the issues.
• Identify critical issues with symptom, root cause, corrective actions taken and align with the cross functional team.
• Test Station fixture downtime management.
• Test station health Monitoring, Meet Station audit specifications, Audit GRR results and monitor fixture issues.
• Coordinate Station DoE execution and FMEA.
• Yield and build data analysis.
• Software validation and release, tracking & reporting dry-run and build issues, yield & retest improvements,
• Maintain/update automation build system and Build data review.
• Contract Manufacturer training & coordination, maintain basic station software infrastructure.
• Work collaboratively with Customer stake holders and operations team to execute tasks throughout the project build stages.
• Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on time to satisfy dry run, build and post-build objectives for each project.
• Suggest improvements across the life cycle.

Leadership:
• Manage the deliverables, task assignments, resourcing and training.
• Provide weekly reporting and handles initial escalations.
• Up to two local travels per quarter to support factory builds.

Technical skills:
• Experience of testing/verification/QA development
• Solid understanding of development lifecycles, software test and validation methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Ruby, shell scripts etc.
• Familiarity operating Unix-like operating systems and working in the shell.
• Able to support engineering team with triage, debugging and validation of software issues.
• Experience in working in software build tools, CI/CD integrations, deployment process and code quality checking tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, clear technical communications, self-motivated and responsible
• Working proficiency on English communication
• (Nice to Have) Championing quality efforts beyond test execution, including collaborating with test automation engineering teams, product management teams, and engineering program teams.
