Requirements of the job
? Prefer bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance & Accounting.
? Minimum 10-15 years of business finance experience is required (manufacturing industry is a plus)
? Minimum 3~5 years in leadership position.
? Excellent oral and w ritten communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. English language is mandatory.
? Ability to w ork in a multi-cultural/multi-national organization and be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
? Strong organizational skills w ith an attention to detail.
? Experience w ith organization transformation
? Strong IFRS know ledge. Working know ledge of relevant intermediate concepts of finance and accounting.
? Complete and prioritize w ork independently.
? Demonstrate strong follow -through and commitment to deadlines.
? Honest and forthright in dealings. Demonstrable personal integrity
? Logical, fact-based thought process

Individual accountabilities
Build trustworthy and value-based relationships business representatives across different local legal entities and processes to establish good communication and a good understanding of business drivers.
? Bring value to support business strategy and execution, aligning controllership & tax compliance w ith business strategies.
? Ensure appropriate policies, procedures and controls are deployed and continuously managed to safeguard assets.
? Ensure compliance requirements are clearly identified to and addressed by allstaff.
? Monitor and continually strengthen the China Operation control environment, including driving analytical, controllership
and strong compliance and integrity culture.
? Ensure consistent costing methodology across China Operation
? Ensure that statutory requirements are met externally (i.e. external auditor, local law s and regulations) and internally.
