? Perform vendor’s accreditation based on company policy, file all relevant documents and get Non-Disclosure Agreement signed with vendor before issue any RFQ.
? Work with engineer to send RFQ and get quotes from vendor.
? Compare quotations from different vendors and make analysis.
? Set up material cost in ERP system.
? Make purchasing plan based on Sales FCST/Order Requirement/Project Progress.
? Issue PO/Contract to vendor and record in ERP system timely.
? Follow up production progress with vendor and update delivery schedule to relevant coworkers, make sure goods will be delivered on time.
? Implement Label & Packing standard requirements with vendor and warehouse.
? Work with local forwarder to arrange shipment from local vendors to Beijing warehouse.
? Work with warehouse staff to check each shipment delivered to warehouse to make sure all items match with PO.
? Make Goods receiving & Goods issuing correctly and timely in ERP system to reflect actual inven-tory.
? Work with 3rd party accounting firm to get VAT invoice from vendor based on customs policy to get VAT refund for export orders.
? Manage payment to vendors based on terms of PO.
? Work with warehouse to perform regular stock counting and submit reports.
? Work with other team members to prepare materials for marketing events.
? Other works assigned by liner manager.
Education Requested
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, logistics, Marketing, Sales or related
Skills/Experience Requested
• 2+ years’ experience in order management in MNC in industrial products (parts, consumable goods) sales and distribution requested.
• Knowledge of selling process; import/export policies and processes; purchasing; marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated working attitude expected.
• Proactive teamwork spirit.
• Must be PC proficient with Windows and networked systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• ERP Experience, SF and Kingdee would be plus.
