2.0JOB SUMMARY

?Responsible for the overall work of logistics warehouse department, coordinating the work between the department and other functional departments
?Responsible for the formulation and modification of the department operating procedures and management systems, improve the warehouse management processes and standards

3.0KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

?Responsible for warehouse layout optimization and management, effectively improve warehouse utilization and ensure the safety of warehouse and stock
?Responsible for the accuracy of warehouse inventory, control inventory, improve inventory stockturn.
?Responsible for inventory analysis, work with other related departments to clear and resolve abnormal inventory issues
?Responsible for the establishment and improvement of warehousing and logistics operation system, the development of efficient operation process, and continuous optimization;
?Responsible for the safety education of the personnel and equipment of the department, ensure the safe operation of the department
?Responsible for staff training and daily management of warehousing and logistics team; 6S Management,
?Responsible for managing the company's logistics costs and reducing departmental costs;



4.0REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

?Bachelor degree，Major in logistics management is preferred
?More than 8 years of warehousing and logistics related work experience in automotive and automotive components industry, more than 3 years of team management experience, Familiar with SAP and WMS；
?Familiar with logistics planning and packaging, logistics information automation, warehouse management, supply chain management, inventory analysis, engineering change control and other related business processes and knowledge
?Experience in new factory warehouse planning and warehouse intelligence project is preferred；
?Excellent site management and execution ability,
?Good ability of organization and coordination, communication and expression, emergency handling, adapt to high-intensity work environment,
