Device Distribution Strategy and operation excellence
Build Device channel management strategy and blueprint to support RAD The Solution Provider transformation
Develop effective performance evaluation mechanisms with strategic partners to empower distributors working towards Bayer interests
Identify strategic candidate companies as Bayer Device Distributors according to the strategy and build sustainable interactive relationship towards partnership
Manage Tier 1 Distributors in day to day operation to drive for business success to support Bayer RAD transformation
Work with customer facing team’s feedbacks and monitor Tier 1 Distributors towards their performance in managing lower tier distributors
Lead Distributor annual audit
Drive regular in-market sales and SAP sales forecasting process, manage inventory and work with supply chain management to secure Bayer Device availability in the market
Guide customer facing team in providing feedbacks and coaching towards deal level distributors and hospital level distributors
Communicate channel management strategy and access deployment with relevant stakeholders
Market Access
Develop and lead the implement of national access strategy, including price inputs and reimbursement strategy, for all newly launched injectors and disposables
Represent Bayer Device to lead and build partnership with national and provincial reimbursement authorities, lobby for reimbursement policy change including DRP, DIP in the dynamic reimbursement environment
Develop strategy to open up the access opportunities and lead the implementation of disposable provincial group purchase tenders to sustainably achieve premium pricing and volume access for Bayer Radiology Device portfolios
Support regional customer facing teams to design and implement effective localized tender / bidding strategies and initiatives for Bayer RAD Device
Support regional customer facing teams to design and implement localized reimbursement strategy Bayer RAD Device disposables
Represent Bayer Radiology working with Bayer group Government Affair, PH access teamto leverage cross functional resources to achieve Bayer Radiology business success

Professional presentation and reporting skills
In-depth channel management understanding
In-depth business acumen and healthcare industry insights
Consulting, strategic development, commercial /channel management , sales & marketingbackground preferred, at least 8 years MNC Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry related working experiences
Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
