o In charge of key supplier’s cost & supply KPI to fulfill business need. Activities include but not limit to reduce costs, secure supply, and optimize deliveries; with an intent to prevent stock outs, leverage spend across different business units, to drive alternative parts through internal qualification, ECN taking effect in BOM matrix.
o Development of Best Practice: To better achieve the goal, I led DTC (design-to-cost) process enhancement, interlocked DTC time window matched with product launch. Sync-ed up in a comprehensive process designed from Idea Source, Idea Vetting, to Reporting & Alignment. Achieved Golden Award across Global Operations & Procurement Organization.
o Program management: Guarantee supply capacity on track. Coordinate with Capacity planning team to track should spend$ as well as allocate constrained capacity between products.
