? Demonstrate an understanding of business and divisional strategies to incorporate effective HR strategies.
? Combining commercial and HR expertise to provide value added advice to the business unit.
? Actively seeks and implements improved ways of managing change and transformation to increase employee engagement, satisfaction, retention and productivity.
? Provide advice to business leaders / line managers in the areas of reward management, budget planning, performance management and succession planning.
? Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) for hiring, onboarding/learning, and fostering employee engagement.
? Partner closely with the Finance Business Partner to ensure HR activities align within budget.
? Collaborate with the Talent and Leadership team to define and design training strategies and plans tailored to the specific needs of business units.
? Collaborate with HR Shared Services to execute HR policies and ensuring in compliance with the statutory, regulatory and company policy requirements.
? Effectively manage and participate in various HR related projects and events.
? Proactively support the implementation of global HR processes
? Other ad hoc projects assigned by management
