1. Management of Product activity and Product process
1) Organizes, plans, administrates, and monitors activities associated with production
2) Build and improve TPM system, continuous improve
3) Establishes and implements production schedules, methods, and processes.
2. Performance Management
1) Participates in the formulation of company production strategy, policies and procedures
2) Coordinates with other departments to ensure efficient production at a desired quantity, quality, timeframe, and cost.
3) Motivating all staff to achieve objective defined.
4) Participate program management and ensure successful launch of new program
5) Continuously improve production process to enhance efficiency performance
3. Equipment Management
Equipment List should be made and updated by Department Manager, and department manager is responsible for own section equipment status.
4. HSE
1) Ensure the safety of all machines within sphere of accountability.
2) Health, safety, environment and working conditions
3) Ensure that employees comply with HSE policy and standards
4) Responsible to stop production in any safety problems
5) Participation in the HSE core team and promoting the implementation of related work
6) Promote the work to assist ME to improvements in ergonomics
5. Personnel management
1) Ensure the effective management of daily
2) Regular communication with employees at the production site
3) Coach team members, and guide the implementation of each of the roles
4) coordination support functions, in order to better solve the problem, and continuous improvement
5) ensure employee labor discipline (clothing, down time, working time etc.)
6) The development of the team
7) Make training plan to improve supervisor the independent
8) Performance review, in order to complete the charge of development and clear the stage goal
9) Through the TOP5 or various forms to ensure effective transmission of information
6. Teamwork
1) Attend the management meeting ,UAP various performance indicators timely correction
2) Attend Plant TOP5, Report items and corresponding action plan
7. Other and Specific Missions
1) Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2) Manage finance\resource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard
3) Others temporary job given by Manufacturing Manager
4) Ensure a transparent and timely communication with Manufacturing Manager

任职要求

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering related
Basic English skill in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Experience:
o 5 years working experience in Production in automobile industry
o 2 years management level position Skills and competencies
o FES fundamental
o Familiar with PSE
o Familiar with QSE
o Solid knowledge on EE and ability to deploy
o Staffing ability
o Ability to set target and deploy objective, strong executive behavior ability
o Solid TPM,TRS,SPC,Hoshin and 5S knowledge and ability to manage them at shopfloor
o Communication and negotiation skill
o Ability to conduct headcount and resource budget and plan
o Knowledge on lean manufacture
o Coaching ability
