AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Business Development:
? Source and analyze new investment opportunities, partnership opportunities, acquisition opportunities
? Develop RGE’s network within the property industry with all players (developers, contractors, local government, etc)
Project Management:
? Direct and manage the Development Project Execution Team responsible for the construction of projects, coordination of designers and consultants and general contractor, etc.
? Development planning for successful development of commercial & residential projects, which would include extensive financial investment analysis and opportunistic investment strategies
? Direct activities with attorneys, architects, engineers, and other consultants to plan projects related to site permits, acquisition due diligence and closing activities
? Monitor and assure timely completion of the investment and development within the established budget, schedule and required investment returns.
Team Building:
? Responsible for building the China Property Team, including hiring and training new team members
? Provide leadership, mentoring, professional guidance, direction and supervision to other internal team members
Management & Internal Reporting
? Responsible for building internal management and reporting systems for the new business unit
Business Strategy:
? Responsible for developing RGE China Property Business Strategy alongside key management
教育程度/经验
Education/Experience
• Minimum 15 years work experience in the property industry
• Experience at a top tier property developer with experience on both commercial and residential projects in Tier 1 citiy
• Preferable to also have investment and asset management experience
• Honors degree from a top tier university

Specific Knowledge/Skills
• Has end to end property developer skills and understand the projects life cycle from initial stage of land acquisition/ permits, design development, cost & budgetary planning, engineering & construction, marketing & project hand over to Property Management/ buyers, asset management, divestment/capital recycling process.
• Track records in investment, project management and delivery of real estate projects for both commercial and residential business segment in key cities/markets.
• Ideally with experience dealing with JV management and investment matters in the property industry.
• Had performed due diligence and ROI analysis work for pre-investment initiatives, reporting to stakeholders for evaluation and decision making.
• Understand the market trend of current and predictable future, familiar with local regulations and nationwide policy.
• Engagement with credit firms, media, local bureau and relevant government bodies.
• Native Mandarin and High fluency in English
