The Procurement specialist is responsible for the end to end procurement management and execution of procurement processes in delivering effective global supply outcomes within their Procurement category.
In delivering these outcomes, the Procurement specialist designs, recommends and implements strategies that deliver overall value to the business whilst considering risk, cost, quality, compliance and supplier base rationalisation in line with environmental business aspects.
The Procurement specialist ensures continuity of supply and quality compliance, through effective supplier relationship management techniques, developing and implementing robust commercial arrangements whilst maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
