?Mainly responsible for the daily management of team workshops, and support to the difficult and special problems. Focus on the KPI, making plan, take action to execute and achieve the target; Team organization planning, member training and developing; customer relationship management and daily affairs liability.
3.0KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
?Target and Plan 目标与计划:
1.Setup the target of department, consistent with company target
制定部门/车间目标,与公司整体目标相一致;
2.Make the annual budget of investment, cost center and labor
制定年度投资计划,成本计划,人力需求计划等;
3.Make work plan for target achievement
制定工作计划,保证目标达成;
4.Make training plan for team developing
制定培训计划;
?Daily management 日常管理:
1.Regular review for KPI status, working progress, issues solving
定期回顾/汇报工作情况,问题情况,目标达成情况;
2.Important project/working arrangement and distribution
重要项目/工作计划和任务安排;
3.Important project/working gate review and confirmation
重要项目/工作节点控制与确认;
4.Evaluation and decision of investment, purchasing.....
采购、投资等评定;
5.Review and approval of document release
文件审批;
6.Motivation of continueous improvement, safety, cost, productivity, quality....
安全、成本、效率、质量、持续改善,积极推进;
?Team developing, department 团队发展:
1.Organization structure building and optimization, position responsibility definition
组织架构的创建与优化,岗位职责定义;
2.Position career planning, position grading, performance evaluation, promotion
岗位规划,等级规划,绩效评估,激励;
3.Subordinate coaching, training, developing
培训、教导下属,得到发展;
4.Talent reserve, backup, cross training, regulation
人才储备、替岗、交叉培训;
5.Working procedure/process definition and improvement
工作流程的制定和完善;
?Problem solving 问题解决:
1.Customer complaints review and correction measures implementation checking
客户抱怨、纠正措施等评定、执行结果的检查;
2.Top problems, repeated problems, review
重要问题,重复问题,回顾,评定;
3.Support subordinate on problem solving
帮助下属解决问题,使其快速成长;
4.Emergency measure and Escalation regulation
Bachelor or above;
本科以上学历;
Proficient in English
英语流利;
Experience on team management more than 3 years;
团队管理经验3年以上;
Experience on production shop-floor management more than 3 years;
生产现场管理经验5年以上;
Proficient and skills on quality management, warehouse management;
精通质量管理和仓库管理;
Proficient and skills on Lean production, improvement;
精通精益生产和持续改善;
Knowledge on IATF16949 and CQC audit requirement;
熟悉IATF16949审核要求;
Good communication skills, team spirit.
