Key Skills:
Functional: Expertise and In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning in the areas of DemandPlanning, Supply and Capacity Planning, S&OP, Production Planning, Material requirementsplanning, long term capacity planning, rough cut capacity planning, resource planning, capacityconstraints and scheduling.
Analytical: Ability to analyse supply chain operational data, to identify opportunities and developinsights. Perform fit-gap analysis.
Technical: Workbook development – Table based, composite, data modification, Alerts –Monitoring, Hierarchies and Filters, Scenario hierarchy setup to meet process needs, Perspectivedevelopment for Scenarios, Control Table Configuration, Planning Engine Knowledge, DataModel modification including custom fields and custom tables. Configuring solutions in RapidResponse and creating workbooks & reports.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and preparing PowerPoint presentations
Ability to contribute for practice unit development – building collaterals, assist in pre-salessolutioning etc. (good to have)
Strong business acumen and execution experience in supply chain process and systems
Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread acrossgeographies.
