职责/R&R
? 选取特定市场，规划产品，并管理产品的生命周期 /Select segment, define/source product, and manage its life cycle
? 负责整合和管理全业务线的上下游和内外部资源，并策划产出最大化营销方案和销售模式 / Maximize resources internal and external for marketing and sales.
? 根据产品/市场特点，布置渠道战略，并执行销售计划落地/ Layout channel Strategy and execute sales plan
? 对产品线进行端到端的管理。从设计、采购、预测、制造、定位、营销和销售多方面把控 / Manage the product line end to end: Designing, sourcing, forecasting, manufacturing, positioning, marketing and sales
? 利用集团公司的优势，摸索总部多样化产品的落地策略，并能规划且执行 / Leverage corporate advantages on multiple outstanding products, form strategy to sell locally, and execute sales plan.
