1. Able to independently develop PDK libraries based on GTE/PAS/Skill, including Pcell, Callback, CDF, Symbol, etc;
2. Master relevant tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, PVS, ICV, etc., and be able to complete simulation and physical verification based on PDK Lib;
3. Familiar with DRC/LVS/PEX programs and able to independently complete development and validation processes;
4. Familiar with device structure and layout, as well as related design rules and SPICE models, able to develop customized PCells based on customer needs;
5. Proficient in Tcl/Perl, able to automate PDK related development and validation work is particularly advantageous.
