Job summary
?Lead and develop an existing WFOE of 12 persons active in the field of pharmaceutical and fine chemical equipment supply. Main activities are sales, project management and technical support to Mainland China and Taiwan
?Supervise and maintain the administration (HR, Logistic and accounting)
Tasks
Sales & Marketing
?Initiate and supervise the organization of marketing activities, including trade/scientific shows, seminars, mailings, WeChat, Website, etc
?Develop, maintain and increase the sales network (direct sales, agents and resellers)
?Organize and participate to client visits to create new business opportunities and to promote DEC products
?Review of customers’ requests and definition of technical solutions to be proposed
?Maintain an efficient communication channel between DEC HQ and DEC China
?Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements between DEC & Clients
Management
?Strengthen and develop current organization to achieve the agreed goals
?Hiring and responsibility of Dec China employees
?Define and maintain working process flows
?Set-up and use of IT tools required by DEC HQ
Legal
?Monitor closely the market and organize legal activities to defend our Group’s IP
Reporting
?Provide DEC HQ Top Management with regular feedback about market and products.
Job requirements
?Foreigner or Chinese with successful record and extensive experience in Sales and Management ideally in China with a strong technical background.
?Broad knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Chemical manufacturing.
?Fluent in English written and spoken, other languages are welcome
?Very good technical skills, flexible, dynamic, and eager to learn new things.
?Multi-tasking and great planning skills, able to communicate complex technical issues, problem solving skills with good presentation skills.
?Basic IT knowledge
