Your responsibilities
? Draft various documents including but not limit to president’s speeches to the employees, customers and relevant stakeholders, Draft articles or reports to government.
? Coordinate all departments and segments, convey and organize the implementation of the Country Managing Director/GM’s instructions, and do a good job of supervision and feedback as required.
? Manage complex calendars with an understanding of business priorities.
? Coordinate and prioritize all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions, conference calls, travel arrangements and visitors’ reception and itinerary.
? Maintain executives' files, prepare slides, proposals, and other documents, including proofreading, editing, copying and binding when required
? Manage and optimize the administration work, monitoring and improving the overall internal process
? Maintain smooth and effective communications between the Country Managing Director/GM and other stakeholders both internally and externally. Interaction with diversified clients and Leadership Team.
? Perform adhoc responsibilities and duties as assigned by Country Managing Director/GM
