Provide escalation point for Production Shift Managers and/or M&C Technicians for yield, quality, capacity, and equipment issues.
Perform daily engineering evaluation of parts.
Provide fast response resolution to day to day specific production problems raised during the fast response meetings.
Spend time on the production line learning issues and difficulties the team members are experiencing.
Formulate change ideas and solutions to address waste.
Analyze production rejects as required to reclaim where possible, identify, and rectify root causes of rejects.
