Store Responsibilities
1. Vendor management incl. cleaning arrangement, flowers, uniform, etc.
2. To provide administrative and customer support in all areas pertaining to store operation
3. Coordinate contractor schedule and arrangements for access to store for actions such as window / display / lightbox change, catering set up, security, etc.
4. Manage store stationery and props including office supplies and selling materials
5. Employee on-board and leave logistic arrangement
6. Employee reimbursement, petty cash, business travel, invoice and finance related documents management
7. Assist any ad hoc administrative work during store operation
Logistic responsibilities
1. Responsible for stock management and ensure absolute accuracy including:
? Handle stock enquiry from HQ and other markets
? Handle stock rebalance arrangement between stores
? Oversee and maintain warehouse storage inventory and transfer to/from stores and office
2. Conduct random check on inventory record to identify bug if any
3. Filing of all kind of shipping documents for audit purpose
4. Check all invoices from partners to match documents before raising payment request
5. Assist after sales service follow up
Data management
1. Manage stock movement
2. Handle price tag printing and stock count document
3. Sales Data management and operation support
4. Weekly/monthly report, PPT support when needed
Sales Support
1. Assist Sales Associates on Visual merchandising and boutique display
2. Assist Sales Associates on admin work during transaction
3. Support Beijing other stores admin work when needed (BJ SKP Anniversary etc.)
Education:Diploma or above
Language:Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese
Professional experience & know how:
1. At least 2 years of sales admin or boutique operation experience preferred
2. Finance background is preferred/Data driven is preferred
Technical & management skills:Strong Microsoft Office – Words, Excel and PowerPoint
