Review expense report and supporting documents in compliance with policy
Responsible for checking employees’ travelexpense and reimbursement
Ensure all the payments complies to company policy and follow up standardprocess
Review payment plan and follow up the liquidity regularly
Proceed online payment and foreign currency payment
Issue VAT Fapiao per customer’s request
Bookkeeping in Ufida accurately and timely
Collect and ensure all of payment is supported by original invoice
VAT fapiao and custom VAT certification
AP settlement and bookkeeping
Cooperate with annual audit
Participate in finance project, eg: expense policy and reimbursementregulation updated
Backup to other positions of finance team
Monthly Voucher archiving
Other tasks and projects assigned by manager
