1. 供应商流程审核，改善供应商质量管理体系，完善供应商质量管理流程提供技术支持；
Supplier process audit to improve the supplier's QMS, perfect supplier’s quality management process with technical support.
2. 与供应商的质量会议，解决投诉表，8条准则解决供应商的问题；
Quality meeting with supplier, define and monitor complain sheet and 8D report with supplier.
3.根据IQC月报监管供应商的日常质量性能，若有异常及时联系供应商；
Monitor the supplier's daily quality performance according to IQC monthly report, reminding in time to suppliers if they have quality abnormity.
4. 质量项目管理；

任职要求: 1. 机械相关专业，本科及以上；
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or related major.
2. 质量管理领域五年以上经验，熟悉制造过程的机械零部件和板料；
Over 5 years’ experience in supplier quality management field, familiar with the manufacturing process of mechanical parts and sheet metal parts.
3.良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力，有团队精神和过程审核证书；
Good communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit and Certificate of Process Audit
4.良好的英语口语和写作能力
Good command in oral and written English.
Quality project management.
5. 与采购部门合作开发新供应商，降低成本；
Cooperate with PUR department for new supplier development and cost down.
6. 与物流部门合作解决配送问题；
Cooperate with LOG department for delivery issue.
7. 与供应商处理缺陷零件；
Claim handling of defective parts to suppliers.
8. 与研发部门和供应商协调图纸；
Drawing issues coordination with END and supplier.
9. 公司其他相关质量问题
Other related quality issues with Bosch compliance request.
