1. Responsible for machining purchasing and sourcing; responsible category new supplier development
2. Price negotiation based on cost analysis
3. PO release and follow up; related coordination between planning and production dept.
4. Supplier management; regular supplier visit, cooperation and further development, contract management
5. Coordination between internal related dept. and suppliers
6. Transfer projects management; related group RFQ and cost analysis
7. Localization and cooperation with COC plant

任职要求: 1. Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably engineering background with both mechanical and Electronic
2. Above 5~10 years working experience in technical purchasing area
3. Purchasing, negotiation, SAP, office software
4. Good communication, negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills in either Internal or External
5. Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
