Position Summary



The Senior Business Development will explore the future of OTT offerings. In collaboration with the co-founder, this role will identify emerging use cases for Real-Time Engagement into OTT industry build a deep understanding of use case requirements through discussions with potential customers, and support the sales team through the sales cycles for new use cases.



The successful candidate will have an analytic mindset, excellent grasp of technology and product, passion for customer advocacy, and enjoys helping to define and explore new markets.



Responsibilities

● Build an understanding of emerging use cases and customer needs through research, network relationships, and interactions with customers and internal teams

● Iteratively test and refine potential go-to-market approaches for value proposition messaging, pricing structures, customer support models, etc.

● Identify and source the initial customer pipeline and support the sales team through initial sales cycles (e.g., building a shared understanding of the use case and requirements, developing proposal materials, contributing to sales calls and customer meetings).

● Summarize and synthesize use case insights for the sales, marketing, and the leadership team.



Required Skills, Experience and Competencies

● 5-8 years of experience working with OTT customers and a clear understanding of streaming media technology.

● Knowledgeable about describing and improving customer experience, including customer journeys, personas, pain points, and value propositions, and is able to translate those learnings into meaningful feedback for product teams.

● Technical background or technical acumen for understanding how APIs are leveraged to deliver capabilities through both mobile and live room solution to enable OTT products and services
