工作职责：
1. Conduct risk assessment for existing and upcoming facility system, manufacturing process to identify potential hazard and drive corrective action to improve plant safety level;
2. Support ESH Director to define and implement Health & Safety objectives, programs or processes in alignment with company Safety requirements and China regulations;
3. Lead Safety standardization and safety events to drive continuous improvement;
4. Develop company ESH training program and conduct training for ESH team;
5. Be as ESH expert to review and coach ISEP to finalize Accident investigation, new project /equipment or process EHS review and to define action plans, etc;
6. Establish internal ESH audit program and conduct annual ESH audit;
- 任职要求

任职资格：
1. Bachelor or above level in safety engineering or other engineering discipline;
2. Knowledge of ESH, facility or manufacturing process;
3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ESH/Facility/Module in famous semiconductor plant;
4. Solid presentation skills with excellent communication ability at all levels. PowerPoint knowledge in developing charts is critical;
5. Innovative to bring creative ideas to the team;
6. Must be action-oriented with leadership potential;
7. Ability to manage multiple and/or changing priorities;
8. Excellent English communication skills;
9. CSP or CIH certification recommended;
10. Familiar with Fab module process is a strong plus.
