The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for providing daily direction to teams in their production area and shift responsibility. In addition to planning the methods and resources to provide for future production needs, the Manufacturing Manager is also accountable for daily production output and efficiency, resolving production issues and problems as they arise in a collaborative effort with the Site Director and all relevant support employees. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible, along with the Site Director, for leading and motivating their production area as well as developing capability of Production Trainers, Production Team Leaders and Electronic Assemblers.
