Improvement of the Logistics performance according to delivery targets, quality targets and financial targets
Problem and conflict management with the suppliers in terms of daily deliveries, price issues and contract issues
Ensure that the customer activity plan is applied to the plant programming
Report on plant results according to the department indicators to Corporate Logistics
Material planning / procurement of Tier 2 components to cover all part requirments for Assembly
Responsibility for supply guarantee of subcomponents to cover our material request for cockpit assembly
Responsibility for stock inventory optimizing into consideration of transportation
Avoidance of obsolescence's
Control of a balanced truck arrival management
Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material, and reduce aging material
Develop methods and procedures for scheduling of raw materials from suppliers to support manufacturing in achieving customer demand and minimizing cost impacts
Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international freight that ensures business needs are met
Manage Customer service activities including order entry, customer satisfaction, interface with sales, operations and quality
Create, manage and achieve the overall logistics targets
Ensure company is in compliance with laws.
Maintain receiving, warehousing and shipping operations by initiating and enforcing program operations and personnel policies and procedures.
Participate in personnel development at all levels though talent acquisition, performance management, providing opportunity for high performers, education, communication, expectation setting
