工作职责
1. 根据集团战略发展,定期梳理关键人才引进需求,制定招聘计划;
2. 负责集团以及各BU战略性中高端岗位的招聘,挖掘,评估,甄选,沟通等工作;
3. 负责管理和发展高端猎聘渠道,建设和完善公司竞争性人才资源库,规划和制定有效的招聘方案,改善招聘流程,并完成招聘目标;
4. 建立并完善业界目标企业与人才地图,建立人才库并跟踪人才流动;
1. Regularly sort out key talent hiring needs and make recruitment plans according to the company’s strategic development;
2. Responsible for the recruitment, evaluation, selection and communication of strategic middle to senior positions of the company and each BU;
3. Responsible for the management and development of high-end recruitment channels, building and improving the company's competitor talent pool, planning and making effective recruitment programs, improving the recruitment process, and completing recruitment targets;
4. Establish and improve industry targeting companies and talent maps, and build talent pools and follow the working status of talent;

任职要求

任职资格
1. 全日制本科及以上学历,海外学习或者工作经验优先;
2. 5年以上互联网行业招聘经验,猎头背景者优先考虑;
3. 熟悉招聘流程,运用各种招聘工具和手段,丰富的招聘经验及技巧,熟悉相关法律法规;
4. 掌握人力资源规划与配置方法、职位分析、人才测评、招聘面试等方面的专业知识和技巧;
5. 优秀的语言表达及沟通能力,亲和力、洞察力和分析判断能力;
6. 思维敏捷,自我驱动,结果导向;
7. 优秀的英语听说读写能力;
1. Bachelor degree or above, oversea study or working experience will be a plus;
2. 5years above recruiting experience in internet industry, headhunter background will be a plus;
3. Proven success and ability to use a variety of recruitment tools in full cycle recruitment process, and also familiar with relevant laws and regulations;
4. Have professional knowledge and skills in HR planning and allocation methods, job analysis, talent assessment, recruitment interviews, etc.
5. Excellent communication skills, affinity, insight and analytical mind-set;
6. Quick thinking, self-driven, results-oriented;
7. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability;
