Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting Head of China in driving our Customer Experience, Operational Excellence and ultimately Driving Results
Assist to plan and co-ordinate the Head of China– arranging appointments, updating diaries, keeping confidential record
Coordinate travel arrangement for Head of China and visitors when required
Consolidate reports of different departments for management use
Screen phone calls and sifts through of faxes and emails for management when needed.
Arrange in-house lunches for management and visitors meeting
Supporting new project development, including all stores openings but not limited to, ordering of supplies, creation of training tools and reference guides etc.;
Plan/Organize meeting, follow up matters or issues arisen from meetings;
Requirements:
Bachelor/College Diploma Degree, overseas education background is preferable
At least 2 years retail industry experience
Excellent communication and organization skills with both internal/external stakeholders
Strong ownership spirit, result oriented and problem solving
Ability to work independently under pressure
Speaking and writing English fluently
