Drives a disciplined approach to engineering activities in line with approach. Ensures that adequate plans and timelines are in place. Monitors progress and coordinates with the different support functions to address constraints and roadblocks.
Works collaboratively with global Product Engineering and Advanced Engineering teams to meet testing requirements.
Provides input on the testing strategy and overall direction of the Global Testing group, including assignments and the engineering process.
Drives the development and/or improvement of engineering methods, procedures and design guides to continuously improve capabilities and efficiency.
Recruits, trains, and develops a competent team to effectively achieve department goals and objectives.
