Core Responsibilities
Establish the general service process for front-line advisor of service team, and the operation and management process of functional team (quality, training, etc.);
With unique vision and sensitivity, aiming at improving service efficiency and CX, to improve the pain points in the current process by project management methodology.
After completing process design, testing and release corporate with product team, the process will be delivered to the service team for landing.
Work closely with product, technology and other functional teams to identify customer needs, identify problems and provide solutions through customer feedback and data analysis
职责：
制定服务团队一线客服的通用流程，和职能部门（质检、培训等）的运营管理流程；
具有独特的视野和敏感性，以提升服务效率和客户体验为目标，用项目管理的方式对前流程中痛点进行改进；
配合产品完成流程设计、测试和发布后，交由服务团队落地执行；
与产品、技术以及其他各职能团队密切沟通和配合，通过客户反馈和数据分析发掘客需求，发现问题并提供解决方案

Key Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor degree or above;
Excellent adaptability, good compressive ability, flexible scene and complex project environment of the strain, analysis and processing capabilities;
Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, inductive skills;
Excellent expression, communication and writing skills;
At least 2 years’ experience in project management and process management;
Proficiency in Microsoft office;
Good written and spoken English, able to communicate fluently in English;
Experience in OTA enterprises is preferred;
Experience in call center platform management is preferred;
PMP certification or LEAN or 6 Sigma certification is preferred;
要求：
本科及以上学历；
优秀的适应性，良好的抗压能力，具备灵活场景及复杂项目环境下的应变、分析及处能力；
优秀的分析、逻辑推理、归纳总结能力；
优秀的表达、沟通和书面写作能力；
2年以上项目管理和流程管理经验；
熟练使用常用办公软件；
英文书面和口语良好，能够用英文流利沟通；
有 OTA 企业工作经验者优先；
拥有呼叫中心平台管理工作经验者优先；
有 PMP 认证或精益或 6 sigma 认证者优先；
