1. Establish strategic partnership relation with LED Epitaxy and Power Device customers in China,
2. Keep good relationship with customers to fully understand their technology roadmap, requirement and Fab expansion plan in order to set right business strategy in time
3. Give the Company right information, guidance and influence on product development with business judgement
4. New customers’ business development, existing customers’ repeat order business management
5. Responsible for the china business management, eg. booking, revenue recognition, cash collection, etc.
1. At least 10 years B2B equipment sales experience
2. Semiconductor industrial experience is preferred (e.g. Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Account Manager, Client Success Manager etc.)
3. Strategic thinking and good management skills.
4. Be able to travel frequently upon business requirement
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Fluent English for business communications
