This role will lead a team for electro-mechanical products NPI development Initiatives.
Be responsible for NPI execution with high design quality and on time delivery.
Be responsible for team capability build up for electro-mechanical products design, following lean product development and Six sigma methodology.
Drive technology roadmap buildup by working with cross-functional team.
Lead and guide team in the assigned NPI project to drive all design deliverables, including drawings, simulations, testing, DFMEA, design review, etc.
Technical review with cross function team and vendors to ensure the new product delivery with high quality.
Drive technology and products innovation.
- 任职要求

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
Experience 3+ years leading teams (up to 10 people) is requested.
A minimum of 5 year’s design engineering experience for automotive EE products.
Knowledge of Six sigma and lean product development.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized, excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Be familiar with NPI process and project management principles .
Fluent skills in both written and oral English .
Confident, self-motivated, mature person with the ability to connect and inspire others.
