Responsible for the daily activities and performance of team;
Determine daily staffing and work schedule for CAD Designers (technicians);
Set goal & objective for CAD Designers (technicians), routinely review performance (quality, productivity, lead-time, cost, etc.) of the team and direct areas of continuous improvement;
Provide performance feedback to team members, and suggest remediation when performance issues arise;
A portion of time is normally spent performing duties of CAD Designers (technicians);
Maintain process, technology, and systems expertise to ensure proficiency and ability to coach and train others;
Follow all established company policies and procedures;
Apply and enforce established guidelines and working procedures of the corresponding operation;
Suggest changes and enhancements of established guidelines;
Train, coach, and mentor technicians to learn and improve their capability to perform all required duties;
Support projects and improvement efforts ;
Ensure good operating condition and use of the assets under their responsibility。
