Key Objectives:
? As a senior brand activation manager, you will be part of HomeCredit China Product and Marketing department and work with Brand and Partner Marketing Director to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive HomeCredit China brand activation through different channels.
? Based on deep understanding of target segments, internal business and external competition, you are responsible for driving cross functions integration to create impactful customers experiences, planning and landing the strategic initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities:
? Understand HomeCredit China brand construct and key attributes, brand tonality and personality for campaign and facilitate the creative idea development and its execution.
? Develop yearly & quarterly plan of campaign/activation, including branding, product launch and sustaining, as well as sales promotion.
? Understand all touch points and channels; collaborate with related functions (eg. POS, Website, wechat, Weibo, media team, and PR team) to drive successful integrated campaigns and ensure the timely and high quality delivery.
? Develop and manage of integrated campaign from concept development to master assets delivery across TVC, print, collaterals, supporting images, etc. Ensure high quality delivery of creative assets, those are in accordance with VI/communication guideline and well match up media deployment.
? Drive brand develop by deep understanding of customer needs and brand value proposition, initiate brand communication tactics towards different segmentation.
? Keep tracking on core competitors’ communication trend, and formulate communication strategy to drive brand preference.
? Guarantee consistency of creative lead idea throughout all channels / target groups to communicate and advocate brand attributes to drive brand differentiation and competitive edge.
? Monitor mass communication/marketing trends and convert to HCC communication tactics to engage target segments.
? Initiate creative innovation, co-brand crossover to ensure campaign cut-through and effectiveness.
? Based on business request to set up proper campaign KPI, ensure marketing readiness and execution excellence.
? Gatekeeper of company’s visual communications, internally and externally.
? Responsible to agency brief and daily communication as well as collaboration process between different agencies for aligned integrated communication strategy and activation plan.
? Supervise the external agencies to support the campaign executions.
? Develop campaign evaluation with agency and deliver report to internal to apply all the learnings for next step.

任职要求

Requirements:
• Minimum 5-8 years related working experience in creative and content management / campaign management / advertising (4A background is a plus).
• Knowledgeable in 360 integrated campaign development and management.
• Good understanding of digital, social media as well as retail marketing.
• Proven experience in branding, advertising.
• Very strong sense of creative, can guide agency and internal designer to deliver sharp creative ideas.
• Enjoy all the challenge, able to work under pressure and tight deadline yet keep positive attitude.
• Can work independently to drive things happen.
• Excellent project management skill and communication skill.
• Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
• Bachelor’s degree (marketing preferred) required. MBA a plus.
