Coordinate with product development team, plant product engineering team and testing lab to initiate , update and manage the development and production validation plan.
Translate the product specification into testing spec and define the detail testing items and profiles.
Tester resource review to confirm the tester, sensors, software… meet the testing requirement.
Testing data post process including but not limited to GR&R, correlation and product testing data analysis.
Validation report generating.
Validation related documents initiating and update, including but not limited to: validation preparation sheet, work instruction and testing specification update.
- 任职要求
-
Bachelor – Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.(required)
More than 3 years experience in powertrain or drivetrain product testing and validation.(required)
Experience in transmission hydraulic control product is highly preferred.(preferred)
Experience in using Labview, Matlab or minitab is highly preferred. (preferred)
Experience in using CANape or FAMOS. (preferred)
Ability to work effectively across functional and geographic boundaries in the interest of the customer and the business (required)
English language proficiency (required)
Excellent interpersonal skills (required)
