RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the key legal counsel on all global business operations and transactions.
Proactively identify and evaluate business and legal risks finding creative ways to mitigate them while achieving corporate goals.
Lead the process to create, train on, and maintain a contract management process; this includes developing standard terms and conditions for the Company’s form agreements.
Oversee all aspects of the company’s intellectual property protection.
Develop and apply policies relating to copyright infringement and similar violations arising from audios and other content posted by users on the company’s services, including *** and company other Apps
Provide legal guidance on incoming IP reports submitted by copyright owners and other rights holders identifying infringing content posted by users
Manage any dispute resolution and/or litigation that might arise in the conduct of the Company's business/relationships with internal or external parties.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
JD degree (or foreign equivalent)
3+years of legal experience with 1+ years in-house counsel.
Broad knowledge of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark and copyright law and intellectual property licensing matters
Experience assessing legal risks, as well as practical, business, and reputational risks
Experience leading and multitasking on competing priorities and projects
