Development of a Supplier Qualifying concepts, evaluate and integration into Suppliers Process
Project coordination between OEM and supplier
Controlling and Optimization of the supply chain
Synchronize capacity planning
Detect and Analyse failures regarding product and production process
Supervise the process planning and Implementation
Support in the Process Optimization

任职要求: At least Bachlor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related discipline
Experience in quality management and LEAN management
1-4 years related work experience in the field of automotive or aviation industry would be a benefit
Fluent in English and Chinese (A knowledge of German will be an advantage but not necessary)
Strong communication skills, team player, accuracy, reliability and flexibility
Qualified with Six Sigma, VDA 6.3, ISO/TS 16949 will be an advantage
Willing to travel
